okay so you have a bell, tamper.

a bell tamper is wiring or the tamper on the bell hasn't been secured properly.

lol had some time to kill.

if you decide to leave it for now, put a link between 0V and bell tamper, this will null out the tamper.

ok, thanks

Guessing there is a link at the bell.

If I can get the Com IP connected I can then program from there.

Was trying to avoid the ladders but will have to get them out at some point!

That's just how I feel lol (bell end!)

Will try to change the default engineers code and get a User PIN setup to be able to arm it for now so it is at least working.

Gents,

Can anyone help me with understanding the programming?

I have it connected via ComIP to Wintex software. I am unsure of how to:

  1. Classify the types of zones (EOL, 4.7 etc.)
  2. Create the part arm section
  3. Activate the Proximity tags ( I want to be able to use the tags and a PIN on two user accounts)
Any help much appreciated

It is a shame you are all so far away as if I had known how 'not so easy' it is I could have paid to have it done.....

lol you can always do remote setup.....

1. what resistors have you used?
2. how do you want the part arm to work?
3. you need to learn the prox tags in user setup, if you want to use code or tag, turn off user locked by C in the user setup.
