Texecom Premier Elite 24 Setup issues

Hi, Im having trouble setting my telecom up correct, the set up is:

1 PIR upstairs
3 PIRS Downstairs
Keypad by front door,

I require 2 alarms
1: full alarm
2: part alarm with the 1 PIR upstairs disabled & Silent

I have the majority of the set up correct as above however I'm having 2 major problems:

1: the PIR by the front door is set up as exit mode & all other PIRs are set to guard mode with a 45 second timer to leave, however when any of the alarms are triggered is is creating a arm failure.

2: i can set the alarm with the passcode but to disable the alarm i require a PIR tag. This seem not right as i could easily forget the tag.

Any help would be appreciated.

1 sounds like you have it set to final door set , change it to timed ...
2 untick the fob unset option in user programming

I can't find the option you mention but in the area programming mode i can see that it is set to Timed Exit, I'm guessing this is correct?

Area arming mode for all areas is at default set to E/E, this is only possible with a door contact

Change area A (assuming that's what the PIR's are on) to Timed exit
In zone for the landing PIR set attributes for Part arm 1
Turn locked by C off against the user so you can use a code of fob to set and unset the system
