Texecom Premier - faulty PIR - zone active

I can’t set my alarm because it says ones of the zones is active.

I don’t want to have to manually bypass it every time I set the alarm. Is there a way to permanently remove/ bypass it? I have the engineers codes etc.

I’m assuming the PIR is faulty but it’s in a low risk area so happy to do without.

Engineering ....zone set Yes up scroll to zone e.g 3 ( will probably be a guard zone ) press no scroll up till it says not used , yes , menu , menu , reset log off eng yes
