The internal and external sounders on this alarm do not activate - until I start to enter the code to reset it.
I have set the alarm several times and made it activate using different zones and get the same result. No sound until I enter the code. There is no message displayed prior to entering the first digit of the code.
I installed this system myself a couple of years ago and up until now have not had any problems. I did recently move two of the sensors whilst decorating but can't understand how this could have affected it. I have checked that I have re-wired these correctly, and as I say other sensors that I haven't touched give the same result.
I have checked that none of the zones are on soak test.
Any ideas as to what is going on please.
