Texecom Smartkey Opening a Door/Garage Door

Hi everyone, a client is asking to arm and disarm his texecom alarm via the smartkey but also to have the funcion of opening the garage door via the smartkey. I know that this would be possible via Panel Outputs but i need to know how to program the smartkey step by step.
Probably some of you have done this so feel free to share you knowledge with me.

I have enabled the Aux on the Smartkey and i have wired an electric strike on the OP1 , OP1 is on my PC control 3 which i can trigger on the app also. I have enabled Radio Fob PA function but still the smartkey is only arming and disarming and not triggering the PC output 3.
Am i missing something else here ?

Have you wired the strike direct ? As will need a relay , have you tried it with a multimeter connected to the output to check it’s changing state ?

Yes, Fixed it. It is working perfectly fine.
