The collapse of the UK and left-wing socialism

How long do you think we've got ? --
With Starmer showing no sign of resigning and the UK collapsing at an alarming speed I'm wondering if it'll be too late to roll the dice again in 3 and a half years.

The British public has dabbled with left-wing socialism/ communism since Blair got in, it all started with him. Now the public realise they've made a horrible mistake once again -- it's taken them 30 years to get the message, but is it too late ? How much worse can it get ?

The only white people I meet who vote Labour are low IQ, and that can't be changed, or helped, sadly. The other contingent is the migrant vote.

Having never voted Labour I feel responsible for not taking more of a stand over recent years. I saw through it all from the beginning, surely that makes me more responsible for resting on my laurels and letting it happen ?

Thoughts ?
All the retardss who voted labour will eventually find trouble on thrir doorstep and...blame the Tories :ROFLMAO:
 That's how intelligent they are
Did you have a country in mind. It seems to me that most of the West is in a similar pickle.
Hungary is the closest.
My friend is enjoying his retirement there and has seen no trouble at all in 3 years.
Another friend moved to a small village in Bulgaria, but can't really compare to cities.
Hi noseall.
I'm just putting you on block now.
You take care now bud and let the adults talk.
Is there people who haven't blocked him yet???
What's "wokeism"?
You're the only c#nt in the country who doesn't know.
Talking about IQ, literacy and intelligence... :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Do you use a paper thesaurus or online? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Besides, how did you guess that was addressed to you?
You have a habit of stalking some posters and making pejorative comments immediately after they have posted a comment.
Abuse and insult is your default MO because you are incapable of contributing intelligently to the topic of the thread.

They are running it not ruining it. World affairs are often wrongly blamed for domestic problems but not in this case. Voting re form to feel good is like voting Trumpf to feel good.
Hopefully you know what you mean.

His comment seems pretty clear to me.
"Running it not ruining it" is self-explanatory.
"World affairs are often wrongly blamed for domestic problems but not in this case." is also self-explanatory.
And "voting reform to feel good is like voting Trump to feel good."

What parts of that comment do you not understand. I suspect blup will be happy to explain those parts to you.

Politics of the left, right and centre are not a static position, and shift their own positions, back and for, over time.

This is an important point.

At the moment the public rate Tony Blair as dead centre, Boris Johnson as quite right wing, Kemi more so, and Keir Starmer as a little bit left wing.

I think it is complicated. For forty years we have been following economic policies which most people would class as right wing, but on social policy we seem to have become more left wing.

I disagree vehemently, despite thanking you for the post. I agree wholeheartedly with your initial comments.
But I think overall, and especially socially, we have become more right wing.
For example, on the migration aspect.
But conversely, on other aspects we have become more left wing or tolerant/empathetic. E.g. homosexuality, homelessness, work-ethic, green technology.

Just because I have mentioned more aspects toward left wing than right wing, does not equate to movement.
Some issues have stronger, higher influence than others, and are often exploited by right wing commentators (including the general public) to push their own agenda.

I don't blame the Tories or Labour for the UK's problems.
I blame the electorate, after all they vote for these parties.

The Reform party are just free market libertarians
I think the owners of the Reform party would classified as free market libertarians but the Reform base are people who don't really understand how the free market works .
