We got an x army fella working with us he came out about a year ago
Joined up straight from school

He said they are still using some of the equipment his grand dad used when he was in the army

During a rifle firing training session they had to go around picking up the spent ammo shells to be reused

He said when they were training with the yanks they laughed at the them

The yanks just scrapped the lot

And than they had to fly the rainbow flag on there barrack building

He is dead right, I was setting up some comms where some of the keys on the keyboard had to be pressed with a screwdriver as no money to replace the unit. We had satellite comms that was as bad as an old Nokia phone. We are in a state.
