thermecon boiler internal fuse blown

I have a Thermecon IW50/80 boiler. Ran out of heating oil and when delivery arrived, it wouldn;t light and kept going to lockout. after trying to reset a few times, I am now getting no power to the boiler at all (but the potteron heating/HW control box is still working) Is it possible that an internal fuse has gone. Is this something I could do myself or should I just get the engineer out?

There is a 3.15a 20mm glass case fues in a black screw top holder on the boiler panel , to be honest these hardly ever fail, so it would be worth getting an engineer in possible overheated ignition transformer from constant reseting of burner?
