I have a problem with our shower. It's a gravity/pumped system with a six inch shower head and four body jets, through a thermostatic valve (wax pellet I'm told). The problem is when we activate the body jets while the shower head is running, the water through the jets gets very hot. The shower head temperature is fine during this operation. We can turn down the temperature of the jets but the shower head goes cool. We've had this system fitted about two years now with no previous problems. Is the wax pellet at fault? I'm confused.
