Thermostatic Valve Identification

Hi all,
I’m hoping that someone can help me identify this thermostatic radiator valve. I’m looking to get a replacement head for it
Appreciate any information in identifying the valve.

Do you have the old head? Much easier to ID from the head.

I bought eQ-3 bluetooth electronic heads for £15 each, with the heads there was a packet of adaptors to fit most TRV bases, RA, RAV, RAVL and more, and when you start using it the unit works out the range it needs to use, with F1 to F3 to tell you if out of range or jammed. OK need pair of AA cells every other year, but they work far better than wax filled models, seems the easy way out for you.
