If more houses become available , it could lower the price of property for people who actually want to buy a house to live in rather than have to rent.

I do a lot of gas inspections for private landlords , I only work for the decent ones , I would guess 30% ish the tenants are buying , but Lloyds Bank are hoovering up properties
