I’ve got one of these in my bathroom. The bottom control now turns a bit more to the right than it used to, when stopping the water. Despite this, the associated shower head continues to drip.

Is this like a tap where the cartridge can be replaced? Can you please advise how I approach this fix.

Thanks in advance.

Usually the plate comes off first. Isolate the water, pull the knob off and you should find a brass nut behind it holding the cartridge in. Once the cartridge is out you can match it by the number stamped on it, so you do not need to know the make and model first.

Presumably, the knob comes off first and then the plate?
It's a catch 22 but I was trying to avoid downtime with the shower. I will probably need to order this cartridge online and in the meantime, I have broken the seal and the shower is no longer usable...
