Absolutely. It's all bull anyway, she's basically solving the "illegal" issue by making lots of them legal. Also opening the doors wide to family of anyone with a job or even "studying" at some mickey mouse college. Immigration will rise massively.

I suspect the Guardian are cynically attempting to win the support of the Reform voters. Which they think they'll do by saying the govt is racist. They're idiots, who think Reform voters are even more stupid than they are.
 
I haven't analysed it myself, but there's a widespread allegation that her open/closed policies per country may have a religious pattern. If so, and it can't be justified otherwise, then this needs calling out and debating.

I can see problems with this:
1) its open to corruption and abuse
2) we already have a visa process for skilled people.

On the contrary, it sounds like a massive lobster and champagne ticket all round for the lawyers.

They can claim £10,000s of state funding per client picking apart all this stuff and probably defeating it.

It will just keep the plates spinning and the details obscured until the end of this government while they allow a few million more in. The reality of the immigration figures will only become apparent after they've been booted out.

1) The Guardian article does not mention Gypsies or horses.

2) The Guardian article references stories known for a long time of signs in windows of houses which took in lodgers in the 1950s.

3) But above all, the Guardian article is satire. Surely you knew that?

Ah right, they're lefties so it must be good racism?

It's sarcasm, not satire. They can't believe that a lefty government is daring to even pretend to control the border, which is just unbelievable to their tiny smug minds.

I suspect Guardian journalists all live in 95%+ indigenous British areas, as most middle-class lefties do. Not the places that have been systematically ruined beyond recognition over the last few years. Diversity is for thee, not for me.
