hi...my boiler is thorn apollo and the pilot light flame is on all the time but the radiators are cold. from the thermostat i move the switche from low ,to high and the light flame still on.
Any help about this problem ..thank you

You need to check there is power to the boiler when the external controls are calling for heat first.

Have you any zone valves? Check these if no power present at the boiler.

Check for 240v at gas valve when everything is calling for heat, if itsd there just a new solenoid req and ten min job .
If not, as dave says you will have to be looking at motorised valves and programmer
