well as long as you have power getting to the boiler and the fuse isn't gone and it has been working for a while and nobody has fiddled with it it will be either the boiler stat or the gas valve. Do you have a multimeter?...you need to check boiler stat is making a switch and that you are getting 230v on the gas valve.
