Hello

I am going to put panels on my jaccuzi bath. I want to tile the panels to match the tiles already on the walls (these are small light tiles ca 12cm by 12 cm.) I would be grateful if anyone would give me some advice regarding the material to use for the panels and if a special type of grout is required. I was thinking of MDF.

Thanks

stud it first ie. build a frame then fix aquapanel to the frame and tile away. use good quality adhesive/grout and flexible and waterproof

Forget the MDF it won't last 5 minutes & don't use ply either. As paul78 suggests, timber frame & tile backer board & tile with quality trade flexible adhesive/grout; don’t use cheap DIY shed products.
