Tiling on damp walls

Hi replacing tiling down in a basement, two weeks have passed and as expected it damp but not dripping and some mould growth has appeared. Im confident of putting more tiles up as the last lost was up on wall for 30 years and no movement!

Apart from using cement adhesive (and getting it all tanked of course) are there any treatment especially for the fungus/mould growth?
