Hi there. I'm about to tile a bathroom. The walls are moistureboard that have been skimmed and then coated with B&Q plaster primer. One portion of wall is painted halfway down from ceiling with a coat of dulux emulsion.

I am not familiar with the quality of the B&Q primer. Does anyone have any tips on tiling on it; will it suffice as a primer? What would be the best tile adhesive to use? Also should I paint on some waterproofing such as Bal WP1 around bath/shower area before tiling.

Thanks.
