Tiling onto Concrete floor

Hi

I've just had a conservatory built and I want to tile the floor.

My questions are

1. How long should I wait till I tile (the conservatory has been up for 3 weeks now).

2. Do I need to do anything to the concrete before tiling, ie seal it or is it just a matter of putting the adhesive down then the tiles.

P.S not doing underfloor heating.

you can never be 100% on how long to leave it but i would always use flexible adhesive when you lay your tiles in there and also a flexi grout so if it does move a little you wont be dancing over moving tiles, you dont need to do anything at all to the floor, some say pva it but it wont need it to be honest.
