Tilt and Turn Window Problems

I had a Siegenia Tilt And Turn Window fitted a few years back and was working fine untill i opened the window and it almost fell in on me!
The handle is in the 6 o'clock position to lock, 3 o'clock to tilt and 12 o'clock to open. The window is now tilting and turning at the same time when the handle is in the 3 o'clock position. . . Please Help! [/b]
