Timber for Firedoor Linings

I am looking to make fire rated linings for some ovesized FD30 doors (3m and 2.7m high.) As no sets are available to buy off the shelf. What timber can I use to comply with regulations? The wall is 126mm thick. I plan to route an intumescent strip rebate into the lining myself.

The door manufacturer specifies the following:

But do door linings have to be certified as long as they conform to manufacturer's standards?

There is a paint you can use, it's about £150/tin but could work for you.

Minimum 30mm lining plus minimum 12mm stop - softwood for 30 minutes, or hardwood for 60 minutes.
