I have a brick built garage, which I have come up with an idea to extend to the rear. Rather than a brick extension, I am considering adding a timber frame extension (approx 2m to the rear side), with a flat roof. Are there any plans online, as a starting point?
i.e what size framing is required (4x2 or larger), and what is the best way to secure the uprights. I am considering a brick skirt, and then timber above.
