Timing a pond

Tiling a pond! Turtle pond. Greenhouse with concrete floor. I’ve built up four sides, one of them against the the existing brick wall at one end, using breeze blocks. Intended lining it. Now wondering if I could tile it instead, and seal with waterproof (swimming pool quality) grout.
Would this work?
