Tivoli shower running cold

Tivoli shower suddenly running cold water. Not firing up combi boiler when turned on. Hot water available from every other tap. New thermostatic cartridge fitted. Any ideas??

Try it with the shower head off.

Thanks, I did. Water trickling out cold. Found the problem, the hose at the other side of the wall had a kink in it. Now fixed.
