Hi Guys,

Just been reading up on this and there seem to be dif views, so thought I'd ask the people who are likely to use SDS drills most frequently.

I have a bosch SDS drill. Nothing massive but a decent size and has been a massive help over the last few years while stripping my house back. I've taken off all of the render and chased for new electrics. I have never greased anything, but heard that I could/should. I realise it's not that old, but it has done a lot of hammering?

Should I or shouldn't I? and if so, how do I go about it. Just the end of the bits or inside the gearbox?

Thanks

yes you should, alitle bit of grease every now and again on the drill bit that goes into the chuck
