Jefoss - if your local chemist/health foodshop is still open, go or send someone to get you a tube/pot of arnica cream. Shytalkz is absolutely right about the benefits of arnica. I and the family have stopped many a bruise from appearing by applying arnica at once.

I believe that the body knows how best to cure itself. Inflammation allows a better blood supply to the area via the release of histamines. 500 million years of evolution has got a few things right ya know.
