In the thread Is it time for a new boiler and if so what type?

There were posters who were abusive and you did not delete their posts or contact them to stop them doing such things. The thread had a way to go to inform the OP, yet you locked the thread leaving the abusive threads.

Can you please delete the abusive threads and not allow them to linger. Then reprimand the abusers. If they continue then ban them. That is the usual way of dealing with consistent offenders.

This man is abusive and works for a manufacturer - Vaillant.. He is an abusive spammer. He should be banned form the form as he adds no value. His value is negative.
