If the vent pipe is blocked as the toilet is flushed it will try to pull air down the stack and create a partial vacuum.

Most common cause of this is a stuck air admittance valve but I came across a case where the vent in the loft was via a flexible hose, this had sagged and condensation had created a water trap in it.

it`s a down stairs toilet, the up stairs one seems fine and nothing alse seems blocked, going to the plunger shop and give it a good plunge.
thanks every one.
