Tommy Robinson flees UK

And possibly whacking him in the first place. Hopefully the Police have the full video.
The fact that he walked free from the police station after being interviewed suggests that they have the footage and it shows he is innocent of any crime - would be my guess. How else would he be walking - isn’t he on some sort of licence after leaving jail.

He would have to show that he felt that he was in danger of assault and his response was proportionate to the threat posed by the old guy.
Harder to defend will be his running away from the scene of the incident.

No, he served his full term

He's on bail, so not innocent, yet.

That's unusual isn't it - I thought no one but the evil severs full term

It might have been because he wasn't in jail for a criminal offence. But also I have just read that he had his sentence reduced, so maybe everything got balanced out.

He hasn't walked free though, he is out on bail

It was a civil case, which is why he got such an easy ride inside. MBK can probably explain it.

His term was reduced because he promised not to do it again.

Go and watch the video posted for that info

He has been bailed on suspicion of GBH, that seems a bit odd. It looked more like ABH at best.

Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH)

  • GBH involves serious injuries that can have long-term or permanent effects.
  • Examples include severe fractures, deep lacerations, or injuries requiring surgery.
  • GBH typically requires proof of intent to cause serious harm or recklessness.
Proof of intent to harm...... ooh dear

Breaching an Injunction is contempt of court. That is a criminal offence. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1981/49/section/14

I believe he got 18 months reduced to 9 months, but at the time he appealed had he served most of that?

Once a sentence is served - there is no licence.

It does not prove that.

And why did he suddenly leave the country
