Tommy said in the video above, he had a pre booked flight/accomodation of which the police were informed about. Plus he told them exactly what date he was arriving back...

He rang them immediately after the incident...

He said there is good CCTV footage of what happened way before the incident...

His supporters seem to be saying it’s not about the crime but about the process. In other words the whole system is against him, so much so that when he knocks out a complete stranger, he can’t possibly get a fair investigation or trial. Which basically means he’s above the law whatever he does and gets a Trumpf style get of jail free card (or rather never go to jail).
