I think the eye witness said he saw a heated argument and then TR punched the older man.

I think the "older man" description is up for dispute also. It sounds like its all part of a narrative -attacked - fled -boarded a plane early hours,- left the country - arrested at airport. TR is 42 himself - if an OAP 70 attacks another OAP that is 71 people dont say he attacked an older man do they. And actually when ever has that phrase been used in reporting an attack.
