Towel Rail

Hi,
can anyone tell me how these towel rails are fitted to the wall (see attached photos), not seen these type of fittings before and need to remove without damaging the towel rails.

Are there grub screws on the underside of the brackets ?

Thank you for your reply. I can’t imagine that I did not check for that when I was there. I will have a look when next at the property. Because the inner spindle that is part of the radiator was quite thin compared to the fitting opening fitted on the wall I did not think a grub screw would have held. However, I should have checked that kicking myself ‍

Looks like there is an off set bush ( to allow for alignment / final positioning )between the "spindle" of the radiator and the bracket that's screwed to the wall. I would be surprised if there are not screws clamping them together.

Is the spindle a permanent part of the radiator ?
If so the part that appears to be fixed to the wall may just be a cover that unscrews off,revealing whatever base is screwed to the wall and how it connects to the spindle,if that makes sense ?

I agree.
If no grub or set screws then I'd be trying to see if the escutcheon plates unscrew to reveal any fixings.
