if its duel power source you will have two values unless both power sources are the same
in the same way you push a car it will move but you are not going to reach 70 miles per hour as you are only one person power rather than 250 horse power

The higher value is the CH feed, not the element then. Misleading or what.

yep quite misleading
the radiator has the capacity to give out 1400btu but not with an element with an output off 341 btus
