I have been using a Towerstat RF wireless unit for many years without too many issues but recently something strange is happening? At 12:00 midnight the unit resets to the default Program 1 (on 24/7) which results in the heating coming on!? This wakes my wife up as she is sensitive to a "too hot" bedroom. My first thought was to reprogram Program 1 but I don't believe you can actually do this as it seems to be "locked" as the default program? Is the unit faulty or is there a programming issue I am unaware of. My wife recently dropped the remote thermostat unit in the empty bath where it smashed open up into its various components including the circuit board coming away from the outer cover so may have damaged the electronics?
