just wondering what u other chaps do. if i go an do an cp12 and discover that transco need to come for handle, or regulator but tenant cant wait i usually make a note on the cp12 that tenant advised to call transco to fix regulator. am i covered here?

You certainly aren't....several faults will be AR etc....read the IUSP.

This should be posted in the CC.

Never trust tenants or householders to call in Transco/SGN etc. Call them yourself and follow it up.

First job on site is to check for seized MCVs and the W.P, any probs and there's a good chance they'll turn up whilst you're there. Carry gov. seals/split pins/spare handles/labels/onoff tape etc on the van.

Call in ALL Donkins.

Better go back through your CP12 and follow them up :)

Call NG whilst you are there. If tenant isn't there when they call NG will leave a card.

Once you have a job number from NG you arse is covered.
