just wondering what u other chaps do. if i go an do an cp12 and discover that transco need to come for handle, or regulator but tenant cant wait i usually make a note on the cp12 that tenant advised to call transco to fix regulator. am i covered here?
You certainly aren't....several faults will be AR etc....read the IUSP.
This should be posted in the CC.
Never trust tenants or householders to call in Transco/SGN etc. Call them yourself and follow it up.
First job on site is to check for seized MCVs and the W.P, any probs and there's a good chance they'll turn up whilst you're there. Carry gov. seals/split pins/spare handles/labels/onoff tape etc on the van.
Call in ALL Donkins.
Better go back through your CP12 and follow them up
