went to one today its a 20/25 very old model with sterling 40 oil burner,rang trianco, they said it must be a replacement burner, but im sure it isnt.alls i want to know has anyone the oil presssuere and c0 readings for this model iv used 0.75 EH80 nozzle on it but any help would be appreciated.managed 110 psi and 9co with no smoke reading if this helps.

If you have no info. Min press. 100psi so 110 good starting point. Aim for CO2 @ 11.5 - 12 for Sterling. You're also looking mainly for low CO reading say 15 -25 ppm, no smoke, flue gas temp not too high eg low 200's and a quiet click on ignition so adjust air accordingly.
 
cheers nixt,sorry but it was co2 at 9.3 not c0, flu temp a bit high. 150-170 would be nice so will adjust tommorow, thanks for advice,for an old burner what an ease to work on.
