Trianco Ultility 65 Oil Boiler Blowing Fuse

Have just visited the father-in-law and he asked me to look at his CH programmer which was dead. So was the power to the boiler.
I replaced the fuse in the spur and all the power lights and programmer came back on.

As soon as I call for heat or DHW the fuse blows.

Anyone got an idea on where to start to look for the fault?

Try the water pump first. If it's siezed or there is water in the electrics it will cause the fuse to blow.
