Triangular bolt head in vintage(?) Armitage Shanks bath taps

I'm considering installing these old (no idea how old) bath taps. However, I can see they have bolts with a triangular head under the decorative caps. Each side of the triangle is about 6mm at its base. I guess I would have to buy a set of triangular sockets if I need to service them?

I'm wondering if it is worth the extra hassle and expense compared with buying new taps.
