Triton T100XR Shower

Hello all
We had an electric shower fitted fitted several months ago and the dial that regulates the temperature doesn't work! the dial goes from 11 o'clock (hottest) to 1 o'clock (coolest) but it doesn't do anything its always slightly to hot to be comfortable. I have phoned their customer service several times but received no answer. Has anyone come across this before?

Does the flow rate change when you turn the temperature control?

Does the amount of water flowing change when you turn this knob?

Get the fitter back to sort it out.

Thanks for the replies. I tried the shower tonight and it worked fine the temperature dial does control the flow, but a few days ago it didn't matter were I turned the dial it was just too hot! As regards to getting the fitter back I was trying to establish whether its an installation issue of a faulty shower?
