Hello all , can you help? i have a upvc french door on my kitchen with a lock that seems to be giving up the ghost , when i go to lock the doors the handle that you lift before turning the key needs excessive force to get it in position , i have to work it up and down sometimes before giving it the large upward thrust to locate the pins i guess so as to be able to turn the key in the eurolock . Can you give me some ideas as how to overcome this please .. cheers mark

Thanks crank , they are different to those in that you can see the bolt ends with the alan key type of socket and also there are small alan screws on the side of the hinge which i guess locks it somehow .
I guess it still needs adjusting upwards . cheers mark
