You really need kiln dried, or better still CLS for straightness and easier studwork

For straightness..... Now that is a laugh....

What are you on about. They all come from straight growing pine trees, just like telegraph poles ... and you don't see any bent ones of those do you? :roll:

But you see plenty of bent lengths of C.L.S.

Please do not try and say that they are all true.......

You could always try steel studding - nice straight wall, easy to fit.

Don't like it muself but it does the job, don't use the 50mm stuff - too flexiblew and glue the boards on as well as screwing for stiffness.
