Saw a piece earlier from a doctor. America, he says, keeps all the nasties OUT, by using overseas aid programmes to keep them IN the country of origin. He is absolutely certain of this. He then wished his own country luck, cos they will not have those programmes now that the stable genius has suspended aid.
