A small bathroom has a small section of exposed 1.5mm2 electric cable running from a wall to the lightswitch (pic attached).

I need to conceal this cable either by pushing it back into the plasterboard or fitting surface trunking over it and making a waterproof seal such that no moisture can get to the cable.

What surface trunking should I use

Trunking will not prevent the moisture, and the switch shouldn't be anywhere near moisture anyway. That switch, is a ceiling switch, and they work best, when mounted on the ceiling.
