What would be best for cable trunking 2.5mm T&E or 2.5mm Singles cable tied together????

You would struggle to get two 2.5 mm twin and earth cables in 16 x 16 mm mini trunking, if that's any help.

TE all day, every day.

The singles would require the addition of a cpc, and cable ties won't help with getting the lidding back on, which will be a pain due to flop of the singles.

A 16 x 16 takes 1 x 2.5mm and if there's only one 2.5mm cable would be fine.

Wasn't there an IET thing about occupancy being no more than 75% of the internal trunking area ?

In RFP (request for pricing) tenders it's commom in the comms world for trunking to be supplied with 45% spare capacity post works which always caused some bun throwing when the job had 25% volume extras and thus ended up with day 1 nearer 60-65%
