TRV - Do I need to adjust it so?

Bought a few Honeywell VT200E's.

The question I have is do I need to adjust anything so that it lines up with the numbers in the TRV itself before I put the actual head on?... Bit confused. Cheers.

if you look at the cut out where the numbers are there is a little pointer at the bottom

Turn the head onto maximum before you try to fit it to give yourself a fighting chance, wiggle it around on the valve until it finds its seating and screw it into place.
