Hi all,

Is it possible to successfully lay turf this time of year, well in the next few weeks really?

As long as the ground is not water logged or rock hard.

keep an eye on the forecasts for your area, do not lay if it is going to freeze or flood

if there is going to a few days with rain then perfect mate it just really depends on the ground conditions, is the area prone to waterlogging?

in general grass wont grow till it gets above 10 degrees ground temperature so quite fragile till spring

At this time of year the turf will root but the grass will not grow so its all good.
