Having recently installed a new 12db gain aerial in the loft, I get around 85% signal and 100% quality yet the TV still gets pixelation.
The cable in the loft and TV socket in the g floor room were already installed when I move in early 2022 so presumably installed when the house was built in 2003/04.
The cable is marked 'pro-power 75ohm low loss coax' but it does not have a shielding foil under the outer metal braiding.
Is the cable acceptable for Freeview?
