Tweezers

So do dentists throw away all there instruments after every patient ???

( extractions etc etc )

I doubt it ???
not the same at all
dentist normal basic hygiene with healthy people, where in fact the mouth is its own sterilization factory to some extent
doctors surgery is not well known for generally heathy people having maintenance done

remember whilst well-trained professional doctors nurses and health care assistants will tend to be good at there job they may miss or not know exactly what an infection is so disposal is a safer option
:D

So only healthy people go to the Dentist and Unhealthy people go the Doctors and Saliva is a prevention for CJD?

Hypothetically I could be undiagnosed with CJD nip to the dentists for an extraction or implant, it isn't confirmed that CJD isn't transmitted through dental surgery "not enough case studies" for or against.

From what I understand from Internet reading instrument sterilisation is possible but I expect only for the more expensive surgical instruments - but not a pair of Tweezers which would probably fall into the bracket of uneconomical to sterilise.
