No, I take 4,000iu. Bought myself. It has K2 with it which you need for good assimilation. Only been taking them a couple of weeks.

Vit D helped me, for a while I had really bad lower back pain, and then thigh bone pain. Vit D helped that. Fatty liver means it doesn't produce enough vitamin D - even if getting sunburnt!

Well, I don't want to spend it going towards a property. I can't handle having my own property these days. Physically and mentally. I know, it sounds odd. I just couldn't cope.
