UFH KW required per zone

I wanted to know what the rule of thumb is per KW for a underfloor heating ring approx under 100m per zone.

Bit like where the rule of thumb per rad is 1.5KW and 2/3KW for hot water..

I believe 200watts per square metre is recommended for a primary heat source

200w would be input leccy
